Founded in 1997 by CEO Susan Stephens, Back to Basics Business Training Pty Ltd was built on a simple goal: to help people succeed in the building and construction industry through practical, high-quality training and genuine support.



As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 4346), we deliver nationally recognised qualifications designed to support licensing pathways and career progression across Australia. For nearly 30 years, we have remained committed to helping students build skills, confidence and long-term career opportunities.
